Coleson's Catch Pacific Delight Mussels on the Half Shell

White Wine

chopped garlic

Chicken Broth

Tbsp
Butter
1
Tbsp
fresh chopped parsley
pinch
of black pepper
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring the wine and garlic to a boil.
Add the broth, butter, parsley and pepper and bring to a second boil.
Add the mussels and bring to a final boil.
Notes
Serve with lots of French bread!
