Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Mix the vinegar, oil, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper and whisk to form a dressing.
Combine all other ingredients and chill overnight.
Notes
Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce and garnish with lemon.
