Parma Style Imitation Crab Legs Bake

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package Coleson's Catch Imitation Crab Meat legs
  • 1/2 Lb prosciutto  thinly sliced
  • 2/3 C Provolone Cheese grated
  • 2/3 C Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/2 C Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Wrap each imitation crab leg sprinkled with provolone cheese with a slice of prosciutto and place in a greased casserole dish.
  • They should be in a line and touching.
  • Pour in the chicken stock and sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  • Top with the parsley and bake for 20 minutes at 375.
