Cherry Tomatoes

Red Onion
separated and cut into 1" squares

Mushrooms

basil leaves

olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Skewers
balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Alternately skewer scallops, cherry tomatoes, red onions, mushrooms & basil leaves.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil.
Either broil in oven for 5-7 minutes or cook on a grill.
Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
Notes
Serve with salad or rice.
