Coleson's Catch Flounder Marinade:

White Wine

saffron threads

garlic
chopped

Orange Zest

Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Bring marinade ingredients to a boil, then cool.
Add flounder and marinate at least 1 hour.
Garnish with diced tomatoes and chopped parsley.
