Flounder with Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Onion diced
  • 1 orange juiced
  • 1 c. Fruit (combination of pineapple, melon, grapes, mango, kiwi, berries, etc.), diced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped mint Combine and let marinate for at least 1 hour.

Instructions

  • Cook flounder as desired and top with fruit salsa.
