dash Tequila
Instructions
Sauce preparation: Blend sauce ingredients in blender or food processor.
Marinate the Halibut in tequila, 2 Tbsp cilantro, and 2 Tbsp garlic. Broil the fish and drizzle with sauce.
Serve with rice and seasonal vegetable.
