Tequila-Lime Halibut

Ingredients

  • 4 Coleson's Catch Halibut Fillets 6-8 oz. Each
  • 1/4 c. tequila
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Tbsp garlic chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 c. Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Tequila

Instructions

  • Sauce preparation: Blend sauce ingredients in blender or food processor.
  • Marinate the Halibut in tequila, 2 Tbsp cilantro, and 2 Tbsp garlic. Broil the fish and drizzle with sauce. 
  • Serve with rice and seasonal vegetable.
