Sole with Browned Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Sole Fillets
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Cook the sole as desired.
  • Sauce preparation:
  • In saucepan, melt butter and add salt. Stir butter with a fork or whisk over high heat until it turns brown.
  • Pour over sole.
