spinach leaves
1/2

Feta cheese
crumbled
1/4
cup
Kalamata olives
chopped
Salt and pepper

lemon juice
Instructions
Place half the spinach in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Place the Barramundi on bed of spinach and top with the remaining spinach.
Sprinkle with the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
