Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 c diced ripe mango
  • 1/2 c diced red onion
  • 1/2 diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c chopped mint
  • 1/4 c Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and chill.

Notes

Serve with Mahi-Mahi and Mango Wrap.
