Tuna with Achiote

Ingredients
- 12 oz. pkg. Coleson’s Catch Tuna Steaks
- Marinade:
- 1/4 c achiote annatto paste
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients. Marinate tuna for at least an hour, turning occasionally. Grill.
