Butternut Squash
peeled & diced

Nutmeg
Instructions
Toss diced squash with salt, pepper, nutmeg and butter.
Put on a sheet pan large enough to be a single layer.
Bake at 400°F until golden brown about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and nutmeg on the lobster meat and brush with butter.
If possible cook lobster tail over an open flame or bake with the squash except that it will not take 20 minutes more like 10-12.
Serve with side salad.
