Ingredients
- 3 c. Sugar
- 3 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c water
- 1 c. Oil
- 2 c. pureed pumpkin

Instructions
- Put the sugar, flour, soda, salt and the spices in a large bowl, put a well in the middle and add the eggs, water and oil. Mix.
- Fold in the pumpkin.
- Grease 3 loaf pans well or line with wax paper.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Recipe Notes
Pureed pumpkin, ripe banana or persimmon can be used as the base for this bread.
