Mussels With Coconut and Red Onion

Ingredients: 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Mussels on Half Shell 1/3 c Coconut Butter 1/4 c Toasted Coconut 2 Tbsp Minced Red Onion 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1-2 tsp Lime Juice
Cooking Instructions: Mix all ingredients and place spoonfuls on top of the mussel meat. Place on a ready grill and heat until the mussel meat is warmed through (10 plus minutes).
