Mussels With Bacon and Mozzarella

Ingredients: 1 pkg Coleson's Catch Mussels on Half Shell 1/2 c Diced Cooked Bacon 1/2 c sautwed Onion 2 Tbsp chopped Basil 2/3 c Mozzarella 1/2 c diced Tomatoes 1/2 c diced Avocado
Cooking Instructions: Toss bacon, onion and basil and place on top of the mussel meat. Top with mozzarella and place on a ready grill. Remove when the cheese is melted and the mussel is heated through (10 plus minutes). Top with the tomatoes and avocado.
