Catfish with Tomatoes and Okra

Ingredients: 12 oz. Catfish Fillets Sauce: 3 c. fresh or canned tomatoes 1 c. diced onions 1 tsp. thyme 2 bay leaves 1 tsp. salt 1 c. fresh or frozen sliced okra 1/2 c. slice Andouille sausage
Cooking Instructions: Simmer Sauce ingredients for 20 minutes. Place Catfish in a casserole dish. Cover with sauce and bake for 20 to 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
