Ingredients
- 1 pound feta cheese in one-inch diced pieces
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Basil chopped
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and Pepper

Instructions
- Marinated Feta: Make a dressing of all ingredients except the feta. Toss with the feta and chill for one hour.
Recipe Notes
Make a tray of assorted olives, salami, fresh vegetables that have been cut into hand held dipping pieces, and the marinated feta cheese. Most people are used to seeing ranch dressing as the dip. Sometimes the food is a little exotic for some people so ranch dressing is the safest thing to serve.
