SALMON ROULADE
WITH SHRIMP


 

COOKING TIPS

Keep Frozen--Do Not Thaw
Do Not Microwave--COOK FROM FROZEN

BAKE:
Place salmon roulade on a non-stick baking pan, place a teaspoon of butter or margarine on top of the salmon roulade with a squeeze of lemon. A lemon dill sauce, or Hollandaise sauce may be used in place of the squeeze of lemon. Bake 14 to 16 minutes at 425° F. Serve with sautéd vegetables.

BROIL:
Same as above except broil 4 to 5 minutes per side.

GRILL:
Same as above except broil 5 to 6 minutes per side.

NOTE: Seafood is done when it starts to flake easily with a fork.

CAUTION: Although seafood has been filleted or steaked, it may contain small bones.
