Ingredients:
1 c Coleson's Catch Imitation Crab Meat, shredded or diced
2 Tbsp Red Onion, diced
1/2 c Tomatoes, diced
1/2 c Avocado, diced
1/2 c Black Olives, sliced
1/2 c Thousand Island Dressing
Cheddar Cheese, shredded or sliced to top
4 slices Sour Dough Bread, toasted
Parsley, chopped
Cooking Instructions:
Gently mix all ingredients except cheese, bread and parsley. Divide the mixture onto the toasted bread and top generously with the cheese. Pop into a toaster oven or oven until cheese is very bubbly. Top with the parsley.
