Ingredients: 1 pkg Coleson’s Catch Sea Bass, thawed, seasoned with salt and pepper 1 c Tomatoes (fresh or canned), peeled, seeded, diced 1/4 c Yellow Onion, sliced 2 Tbsp Capers 1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped 2 Tbsp Basil, chopped
