Crispy Sole with Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pkg Coleson’s Catch Sole Fillets
Salt and pepper
Flour
Tartar Sauce
Lemon

Cooking Instructions:
Season Sole with salt & pepper; pat dry. Dust with flour and cook in hot oil until brown and crispy.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with Tartar sauce & lemon. Good in a sandwich or with coleslaw. Kids love simple flavors.
