12 oz Colesonís Catch Tuna Steaks
1/4 c Yellow Grapefruit Juice
1 tsp Shallots, minced
1 Tbsp Mint, chopped
Pinch Black Pepper
Marinate tuna in grapefruit juice, shallots, mint and pepper for at least an hour. Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil; cook over an open flame or in a hot oven or broiler.
