12 oz Colesonís Catch Salmon Fillets or Steaks
1/4 c Orange Juice
1/2 tsp Orange Zest
1 tsp Ginger, freshly grated
Pinch of Black Pepper
Marinate salmon in orange juice, zest, ginger and pepper for at least an hour. Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil; cook over an open flame or in a hot oven or broiler.
