Ingredients: 12 oz Coleson’s Catch Salmon 1/4 c Port Wine 1 Tbsp Honey 1/4 tsp Ground Allspice 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice Salt Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions: Marinate salmon in wine, honey, allspice, pepper and lemon juice for at least an hour. Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil; cook over an open flame or in a hot oven or broiler.
