12 oz Coleson Foods Imitation Crab
4 c cooked Lo Mein noodles
2 c Combination Julienned Vegetables (scallion, bell pepper, carrot, celery, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts)
1/4 c Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
1/2 c Peanut or Corn Oil
1/2 c Peanuts, chopped
Make the dressing with the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic; toss in all the ingredients. Chill.
Can be served in 1 hour or the next day.
