Ingredients:
1 12 oz Coleson's Catch Imitation Crab meat flakes
Tartar ingredients:
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp diced red onion
2 Tbsp capers
2 Tbsp pickle relish
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Sandwich ingredients:
4 Sub rolls
8 slices tomatoes
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Cheese of choice
Cooking Instructions:
Flake the crab meat into smaller pieces and mix with the tartar sauce. Assemble the sandwiches. Add any other favorite sub ingredient. Additional Comments:
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap if you are going to transport. These hold up well in an ice chest.
