Traditional Scallop and Flounder Ceviche

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Coleson's Catch Scallops
1 12 oz Coleson's Catch Flounder
Marinade:
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c white wine vinegar
1/2 c water
1/2 c diced red onion
1c. diced green bell pepper
1 c diced tomatoes
1 /2 c chopped cilantro
1 tsp crushed chili flakes
1 /2 tsp salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions:
Thinly slice the flounder and combine all ingredients and chill for 24 hours.
