1 12 oz Coleson's Catch Flounder
1/2.c Fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 c lemon juice
2 Tbsp grated grapefruit zest
1/2 c diced red onions
1/4 c chopped mint
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Thinly slice the flounder into strips and marinate for 24 hours.
Garnish with pink grapefruit sections.
