Ingredients: 1 12 oz Coleson's Catch Tuna Steaks Marinade: 1/4 c lemon juice 1/4 c pomegranate juice 1/4 tsp salt and pepper 1/2 c diced red onion 1/4 c water 1/4 c chopped basil
Cooking Instructions: Thinly slice the tuna and marinate for 24 hours. Garnish with pomegranate kernels when in season. Chopped apple and or oranges would be good additional ingredients. Serving Suggestions: I like it with crumbled blue cheese and sweet baguette.
