Ingredients: 1 12 oz Coleson's Catch Flounder Fillets Marinade: 1/2 c white wine 1 tsp lemon zest 1 Tbsp chopped garlic 1 Tbsp chopped shallot 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions: Mix marinade ingredients. Marinate flounder for at least one hour, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with coarse black pepper before cooking. Grill.
