Ingredients: 1 12 oz Coleson's Catch Flounder Fillets Marinade: 1/2 c fresh pink grapefruit juice 1 tsp chopped grapefruit zest 1tbsp chopped shallots 1/4 c chopped mint 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
