Tuna with Achiote

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Coleson's Catch Tuna steaks
Marinade:
1/4 c achiote (annatto paste)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions:
Mix marinade ingredients. Marinate tuna for at least an hour, turning occasionally. Grill.
