Ingredients:
1 12oz Coleson's Catch Tuna Steaks
Marinade:
1/4 c pomegranate juice
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 c chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Mix marinade ingredients. Marinate tuna for at least an hour, turning occasionally. Grill.
