Ingredients:
1 12oz Coleson's Catch Tuna Steaks
Marinade:
2 Tbsp tequila
1 tsp crushed red chili flakes
2 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp grated lime zest
1/2 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Mix all marinade ingredients. Marinate tuna for at least an hour, turning occasionally.
