Ingredients: 1 pk Coleson’s Catch Tilapia Fillets 1 peeled, grated sweet potato 2 tbsp grated ginger 1/4 c chopped green onion 1/2 c flour Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions: Season the fish with salt and pepper. Toss other ingredients and press on top of the filets. Place in a baking dish and bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
