Ingredients: 2 c diced red skin potatoes 1 c diced leeks 4 diced hard-boiled eggs 1/2 c sliced black olives 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill 1/2 to 3/4 c mayonnaise Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions: In a saucepan cover the potatoes and leeks with just enough salted water to cover and simmer until tender but firm, drain and cool. Add other ingredients and chill.
