Ingredients: 1 package of Coleson Foods Imitation Crab Meat Chunks 1/2 c raisins 1/2 c diced pineapple 1 c converted rice 2 c coconut milk 1/2 tsp ground allspice 1/2 c chopped green onion salt and pepper 1/2 diced red onion 1/4 c limejuice 1/2 c generic oil 1/2 c tasted sliced almonds
Cooking Instructions: In a covered saucepan cook the rice in the coconut milk, allspice, green onion, salt and pepper. Fluff and let it cool. Mix diced red onion, limejuice, oil, salt and pepper. Flake the crabmeat and mix all ingredients except almonds. Chill over night. Put the almonds on top of the dish right before eating.
