1 peeled, seeded and diced English cucumber
1 seeded and diced red bell pepper
1 seeded and diced green bell pepper
2 diced red onions
1/2 c rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp crushed red chilies
Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and chill overnight.
