Ingredients: 2 c cooked couscous (prepared per package instructions) 1/4 c lemon juice 1/2 c olive oil 1/4 c chopped mint 1/3 c diced cucumber 1/3 c diced red onion 1/3 c diced red bell pepper 1/2 tsp crushed red chilies Salt and pepper
