1 package of Pacific Delight Mussels on the Half Shell
1/2 c white wine
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 c chicken broth
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
pinch of black pepper
In a saucepan, bring the wine and garlic to a boil. Add the broth, butter, parsley and pepper and bring to a second boil. Add the mussels and bring to a final boil.
Serve with lots of French bread!
