Ingredients: 1 bag Oyster Meat 1 lb. thinly sliced turkey pastrami (or more) 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. Stone ground mustard 2 doz. Sage leaves
Cooking Instructions: Lightly flour and sauté the oyster meat. Mix the mayonnaise and the mustard. Portion the pastrami in a size so it can wrap the oyster without wrapping around it twice. Spread the pastrami with a layer of mayonnaise mixture, place an oyster at one end and secure a sage leaf around it and roll it tightly to the other end. Secure with a toothpick. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
