Ingredients: 1 package oyster meat 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots 2 Tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. thyme 3 c. half and half salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions: Sauté the shallots in the butter. Add the undrained oysters and thyme; simmer until the oysters are cooked. (5 minutes). Puree in a blender until smooth and place in a saucepan. Add the half and half and bring to scalding. Adjust seasonings.
