Ingredients: 12 oz. Sole Fillets 1 c. smoked Mozzarella
Marinara Sauce: 2 c. diced canned tomatoes 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions: Sauté onions until clear. Add remaining Sauce ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
Place Sole in baking dish. Top with Marinara Sauce and Mozzarella. Bake 15-30 minutes at 350°.
